Fresh deep powder, timing is everything

First of all I wish you a happy new year.

Today I made a tour in Bregenzerwald in Vorarlberg. Weather forecast says cloudy the whole day. So I called a few friends to make a ski/splitboard tour in Bregenzerwald with. From Bad Laterns to Matona.

We passed waterfalls hiked through forest and fields in beautiful mountain landscape, surrounded by clouds.

Just before we decided to ride down, the sun came out for 15 minutes. Exactly enough time to ride down the super run and enjoy the fresh deep powder and the last meters the wet snow.DSCN1483 Kopie
